  My appointment was at 10:15 AM they checked us in at 10:00 AM and asked us to be seated an wait so we did...10:30 AM still waiting, 10:45 AM I get up and asked the front desk, she goes back and check and tells me we are next to be seated...they call one, two , three other patients and still we are waiting I get up again to ask and they tell me is because there are no rooms available, at this point I'm getting really mad finally after asking again they call us in at 10:50 AM , the nurse weights and measures my daughter and send us to the lab, as we are approaching the lab window the nurse tell us not to go to the window to seat in the lab waiting area until we are called, so we did, after 10 minutes no one calls I approach the window there no patients there only the 2 lab nurses there talking, so I said " hi, we are here for lab" she says what's the name?" I give her the name and she says "come on in" Really?????? I have been siting there for 10 minutes if I don't get up and go I would probably still sitting there today.... they do the lab I go back there is still no room available and the ask me to wait AGAIN!!! by now I see my friend who had her appointment at 10:50 AM already inside at the lab she had just got there at 11:45 when we were still waiting outside at the reception (I asked about this and one nurse tells me "its because we closed at noon so we have to hurry" I went ballistic...so this means that my time is worth nothing but their time is valuable??? what is wrong with this picture, how disrespectful so our appointment was at 10:15 AM and we got out of there at 11:45 AM and my friend's appointment was at 10:50 and she left at 11:35 (keep in mind both appointments were for wellness physical) this was horrible and I'm looking to change practices somewhere where I can have some respect as a paying customer/patient. Absolutely horrible experience. and no apologies or logical explanations.

  The staff is friendly and nice.
  Dr. Kendrick is the best doctor he is amazing but for my last appointment he wasn’t available and I had to take my baby so I decided to try another doctor the worse mistake ever.
  Dr Maria Serna didn’t know anything about why I was there with my baby and as I began to explain the situation she was extremely rude telling me that she assumed he was there for his one year check up and that she couldn’t help me with anything else. DO NOT BY ANY REASON WHATSOEVER CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR.
  
  I would give this location 5 stars if it wasn’t for this Doctor.
