  Excellent! Maybe I was lucky but after so many bad reviews about long waits, even with an appointment, I took my chances and decided to walk-in today (Good Friday) for a blood test for my 93 years old mother. We arrived at around 10:00 am and there was just one costumer in the waiting room. The front desk staff was very pleasant and Janet, the lab technician, was very professional. She was able to drew enough blood with minimal discomfort for my mother. A total blessing!
  
  It seems the lab has renewed the staff. The office was very tidy and even the restroom was spotless.
  
  I hope they keep the good work!
